Tian Fu Tea Room first introduced the novel concept of pairing premium Chinese teas with fine Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine in Singapore in 2008, leveraging on the joint experience of Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant's culinary team and the tea room's tea connoisseurs to present the Imperial High Tea (宫廷下午茶).
